General Questions
A Dokan Multi-Vendor Marketplace is a WordPress-based eCommerce platform powered by WooCommerce and the Dokan plugin. It allows multiple vendors to register, create their own stores, upload products, and manage orders — all under one main website. Our services help you build, enhance, and maintain such platforms efficiently.
If you already have a Dokan marketplace and need ongoing help (updates, debugging, vendor support, etc.), go for a Support & Maintenance Plan.
If you’re starting from scratch or redesigning your site, a Development Plan is what you need.
Yes, all support plans are month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalties. Development plans are one-time payments, and once your site is delivered, you can continue with or without ongoing support.
Yes. A support plan is required alongside any development plan because it ensures we can handle updates, plugin licenses, debugging, and any required assistance after your website launch.
If you choose the Pro or Premium Development Plan, we can help you set up your hosting and domain. For the Starter Plan, you should already have hosting and domain ready.
Support & Maintenance Plans
The Basic plan is perfect for small marketplaces that need essential maintenance. It includes:

Support is provided via tickets and email within 48 hours, limited to 5 tickets per month, on weekdays only. 
The Professional Plan adds faster response times (24 hrs), live chat, and scheduled calls.
It also includes performance optimization, vendor dashboard tweaks, error log monitoring, and general vendor/customer assistance.
You can submit up to 10 tickets per month, and we’re available 6 days a week (Sunday off).
The Premium Plan gives you unlimited support tickets, 12-hour response, 24/7 emergency support, and communication via WhatsApp and Slack.
It includes:

Billing, Payments & Policies
We accept PayPal payments for all plans. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.
No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Only optional add-ons or extra revisions are charged separately upon request.
If you have a Premium or Enterprise Support Plan, we handle emergencies 24/7, including downtime recovery, plugin conflicts, or failed payment integrations. For Basic and Pro, such emergencies can still be handled with priority billing.

Yes. In higher-tier support plans (Pro, Premium, Enterprise), we directly assist vendors and customers with store setup, product uploads, payment issues, and account troubleshooting.
Absolutely. Plugin/theme conflict detection and resolution are part of our Premium and Enterprise support tiers. For Basic/Pro users, we provide advice and basic fixes.
Yes. Both Professional and higher plans include speed optimization, caching setup, and performance tuning to keep your site fast and stable.
