By using our website, purchasing any plan, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform or making any purchase.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dok Stack (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services or website.


2. Services Overview

Dok Stack provides professional solutions for Dokan-powered WordPress marketplaces, including:

  • Ongoing support and maintenance services
  • Complete marketplace development (from basic to enterprise-level)
  • Custom feature development and integrations
  • Vendor and customer assistance through our support system

All services are provided under predefined scopes as described on our Pricing Page.


3. Account Registration

To access certain features, such as purchasing plans or submitting support tickets, you must create an account on our website.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.


4. Payment and Subscription Terms

All prices and services are clearly displayed on our Pricing Page.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
  • Support plans are subscription-based and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Development packages are one-time payments with defined scopes and delivery timelines.
  • Taxes, if applicable, will be added to your total billing amount.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your My Account dashboard.

5. Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients are required to:

  • Provide timely access to their WordPress admin, hosting, and related systems.
  • Supply accurate project details, requirements, and credentials.
  • Cooperate promptly when requested for clarification or testing.

Delays caused by the client’s unresponsiveness or missing access credentials may extend delivery time or pause the project until requirements are fulfilled.

Dok Stack is not responsible for project delays or issues arising from:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Third-party plugin or hosting malfunctions
  • System restrictions beyond our control

6. Scope of Work

All services will be delivered strictly according to the package or custom agreement purchased.
Requests beyond the agreed scope (e.g., additional features, extra revisions, or unrelated tasks) will require separate billing or an upgrade to a higher plan.

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as “out of scope” work.


7. Communication and Support

All communication regarding support or ongoing services must be handled through our official ticket system accessible in your My Account dashboard.

We provide support as per your selected plan:

  • Basic: up to 5 tickets/month, 48-hour response
  • Professional: up to 10 tickets/month, 24-hour response
  • Premium & Enterprise: unlimited tickets, priority support

Support via email, WhatsApp, or Slack (for Premium and Enterprise plans) is provided as an extension of this system.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All code, plugins, and custom work developed by Dok Stack remain the intellectual property of Dok Stack until the full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of custom-built components (that are unique to the client) may be transferred to the client.
  • Any frameworks, templates, or proprietary modules used in development remain property of Dok Stack and may not be reused, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
  • Clients retain ownership of their original content, branding, and data.

We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes (unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing).


9. Confidentiality

Dok Stack respects the confidentiality of all client data and credentials shared with us.
We use secure systems and private communication channels to handle client information.

Clients are equally responsible for keeping their access details secure and not sharing them publicly or with unauthorized third parties.


10. Third-Party Plugins and Services

Our work often depends on third-party tools, plugins, APIs, and hosting platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
While we make every effort to ensure compatibility and stability, Dok Stack is not liable for any downtime, bugs, or losses resulting from:

  • Third-party updates or security vulnerabilities
  • Service interruptions on hosting or payment platforms
  • Plugin or theme incompatibilities introduced after delivery

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dok Stack shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss, downtime, or business interruption caused by external factors
  • Client or third-party modifications made after delivery
  • Issues resulting from unapproved access, plugin updates, or misconfigurations

Our total liability under any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.


12. No Guarantees or Promises Beyond Scope

Dok Stack provides services on a best-effort basis.
While we aim to ensure your marketplace runs smoothly and efficiently, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation
  • Future plugin or WordPress compatibility after updates
  • Business outcomes such as sales or traffic growth

Our responsibility is limited to the technical performance and delivery of the purchased service.


13. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment or failed renewal attempts
  • Abuse, misuse, or inappropriate behavior toward our team
  • Violation of these Terms or illegal activity
  • Sharing or misuse of confidential code or documentation

Upon termination, no further support or updates will be provided, and access to client data may be permanently removed after a defined period.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dok Stack, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of our services
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Unauthorized modifications made to delivered work

15. Modifications to Terms

Dok Stack reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual communication or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in Pakistan.
