Upon receiving your request:

6. Consequences of Data Deletion
Once your data is deleted:

  • Your Dok Stack account will be permanently closed.
  • All associated tickets, files, and access credentials will be removed.
  • You will lose access to any active support or subscription history.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered.

If you wish to use our services again in the future, a new account will need to be created.

7. Retention for Legal Compliance
We may retain certain records for up to 7 years (or as required by applicable law) for tax, payment verification, and dispute resolution purposes. These records are kept securely and are not used for marketing or operational activity once your account is deleted.
